Irish princess Isode dreams of marrying a king, and believes Sir Palomides could be the one - if he converts to Christianity. But her plans collapse when mysterious knight Tristram defeats him in a tournament. Tristram seeks only Palomides's approval and a place at the Round Table. As civil war threatens Camelot, fate binds Tristram and Isode together. On a perilous voyage filled with magic and turmoil, they begin to see each other in a new light.
